Role: MedSurg RN Responsibilities: Provide bedside care for diverse patients while conducting individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans. Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments. Key duties include preparing, administering, and documenting prescribed medications; responding to adverse symptoms with alternative actions; changing dressings; inserting catheters; and starting IVs. Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and invasive procedures.
