Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated production equipment to ensure smooth operations.ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated production equipment.Troubleshoot equipment failures and respond quickly to emergency breakdowns to minimize production downtime.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment issues.Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime and increasing equipment reliability.Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance plans and manufacturer recommendations.Monitor equipment performance and participate in predictive maintenance activities to identify potential failures before they occur.Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment histories.Essential SkillsExperience in mechanic repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.Strong knowledge in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated production equipment.Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as a Maintenance Technician.Capability to support continuous improvement initiatives.Proficiency in maintaining accurate maintenance records and work orders.Why Work Here?Join a company that values continuous improvement and reliability, offering opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.
