Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Obtain and develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolioConstruction, Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer, and Consumer Real Estate LoansAnalyzes complex financial data and writes detailed credit memorandums within internal policy, procedures and underwriting guidelinesPromote BancFirst services through cross selling banking products to new and existing clienteleConsistent execution of policies and proceduresExtraordinary customer service at all timesParticipation in various community and public events and Outside business development calls requiredPerform other duties and projects as assignedPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.REQUIREMENTSBachelors Degree preferred, but not required with appropriate commercial loan experience3 years experience in Commercial Loans preferred.Experience in loan workouts and asset liquidations is a plus.Must have ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandumsMust have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair LendingMust have ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goalsPromote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationshipsParticipation in various community and public events and Outside business development calls requiredWork well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasksPerform in a highly sensitive environment and deal with confidential mattersMust be Proficient with Microsoft Office SoftwareMust be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writingDegree preferred but not required with previous commercial loan experiencePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSConstant use of computer screens and reading of reportsAbility to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimileRegularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hearIntermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materialsRegularly lift and/or move and carry up to 10 poundsHometown service, statewide strength.
