Job Description
Award-recognized real estate litigation boutique is seeking a 3 to 5 year associate to join its Seattle office, focusing on commercial and creditor-related disputes. This is a partner-track role within a lean team, offering meaningful case ownership, sophisticated litigation work and a strong in-office, mentorship-driven environment.

\n \nTHE ROLE
\n \nIndependently manage assigned litigation matters.
\nHandle creditor, debtor and collections disputes.
\nOversee matters with limited supervision.
\nApply strong attention to detail.
\nMaintain a consistent in-office presence.
\n \nREQUIREMENTS
\n \n3 to 5 years' legal experience.
\nAdmission to Washington State Bar.
\nRelevant litigation experience, ideally creditor or debtor focused.
\nAble to independently manage cases.
\nComfortable working with limited supervision.
\n \nSALARY AND BENEFITS
\n \n$130,000 base salary.
\nSeattle, Washington, in-office role.
\n1,620 annual billable hour target.
\nPartner-track position.
\nIn office 5 days per week.
