Distribution Expeditor & Inventory Controller

Job Description Worldwide manufacturer of an extensive line of maintenance, repair and supply products to customers in over 55 countries worldwide is looking for a Distribution Expeditor / Coordinator for its facility in Greenville, TX, water treatment facility. Summary Reporting to the Distribution Manager, the Distribution Expeditor / Coordinator will join our team to support a dynamic and ever‑changing manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Understand load planning of routes and trailers specific to what is shipping that week Communicate with transportation, sales, and customer aid groups both internally and externally Monitor the Outboard and communicate as needed Manage ship holds Expedite and monitor orders through strong communication Process ship confirmations and end‑of‑day in Precision Review Stock/Export shipments and process paperwork Understand and process batches within ERP system Investigate and respond to CARE issues Calculate and log carrier performance for the plant Knowledge in ERP systems, preferably Oracle Knowledge in scan guns for pool shipments and load planning Knowledge in DOT requirements Check freight Load trailers Safety inspections Cycle count / physical inventory System testing Benefits NCH Corporation offers a full suite of benefits, employee development and recognition programs. 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule 10 hour shift Education High school or equivalent (Preferred) Language English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full‑time.
