In Lagrange, GA, 30240, your 12-hour rotating shift begins with a safety check and a scan of the production schedule. You bring precision to every step—starting up rotating machinery, confirming settings, and watching the first parts come off the line exactly as planned.

As the shift unfolds, you keep a close eye on performance indicators, make targeted adjustments, and step in with routine maintenance to prevent downtime. You log output and efficiency data clearly and consistently, communicate status updates to teammates, and pitch in to help new operators learn safe operating practices. Throughout, you champion a clean, safe workspace and strict adherence to procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Run rotating machinery per established operating procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor performance, fine-tune parameters, and uphold production quality.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to avoid interruptions.
• Record production metrics, output, and machine efficiency accurately.
• Partner with team members to hit daily goals and meet deadlines.
• Model safe behaviors and help train incoming operators.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machine operation is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience as a machine operator, ideally with rotating equipment.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with practical problem-solving skills.
• Comfort reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
