Construction Superintendent - Healthcare

Healthcare Construction Superintendent | Miami-Dade County

I'm working with a well-established South Florida contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee healthcare renovation projects within active and occupied facilities throughout Miami-Dade County.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who understands the complexities of working in operational healthcare environments, where planning, communication, safety, and minimizing disruption are critical to project success.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Leading all on-site construction activities from start to completion

✅ Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners

✅ Managing project schedules, sequencing, and daily site logistics

✅ Conducting subcontractor and coordination meetings

✅ Ensuring work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and contract documents

✅ Providing daily reports and project updates

✅ Assisting with RFI management and schedule tracking

✅ Maintaining safety, quality, and operational compliance throughout construction

What We're Looking For:

✔ 8-10+ years of Superintendent experience

✔ Proven experience delivering healthcare renovation projects in occupied facilities

✔ Strong understanding of phased renovations, infection control, and operational constraints

✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✔ Ability to coordinate multiple trades in active environments

✔ Must reside within a reasonable commute of Kendall or Central Miami-Dade
