IT Program Manager

Job Description

The Global Tech, Data & Digital (TDD) FM Program Manager is responsible for managing the global FM Backbone program with a transversal and global footprint. Management of this program includes:

? To be responsible for the TDD delivery of the global FM Backbone program.

? To achieve the program objectives and optimum results.

? To manage the FM program for TDD and to be the first point of reference of the program manager on the business side / on the FM platform side

? To embody the TDD commitment to deliver towards our Business Stakeholders (business program management, function heads, regions...).

? To be responsible for the TDD side of the FM backbone business case.

? Within Tech, Data and Digital, to guarantee the delivery with relevant departments (D&D, Architecture, Application Management, Data/Integration, Infrastructure, Security...) in compliance with the requirements formulated in the business case, in terms of quality, performance, cost, delivery and security.

? To ensure regional Tech, Data and Digital organizations are onboarded, identify any roadblock and ensure consistency of regional plans with global FM roadmap.

? To coordinate, together with the FM Digital Transformation Director (business counterpart), the overall FM Backbone program

? To make sure TDD guidelines and TDD governance principles are followed and applied.

? To act as representative of TDD in all program governance instances.

? To be accountable for the progress in front of stakeholders and program sponsors.

? To ensure the coherence and the sequence of all components of the program, identifying dependencies across workstreams.

? To report to project sponsor, project committee and PMO to provide the relevant level of reporting and information required for decision-making.

o Manage a high number of stakeholders TDD teams and suppliers in charge of delivery of applications, infrastructure, IT security, Global and Regional stakeholders, Operations.

o Relationship management.

o Project Administration / Controlling / Reporting / PMO.

o Risk Management/.

? Salesforce

o Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud

o Strong experience in Salesforce Field Service

o Experience in Salesforce platform custom development

? Functional knowledge of our scope

o Domains ; Contract and Service management, Field Service management, Asset management.

? Financial Acumen

o Spend Management (Invoicing controlling)
