Immanuel Communities is seeking a full-time Dining Room Manager to work at Yankee Hill Village, located at 8401 South 33rd Street, Lincoln, NE 68516. Yankee Hill Village has 47 independent living, 59 assisted living and 16 memory support apartment homes. Schedule will generally be Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, and holidays are typically 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, but may vary based upon the needs of the community, so flexibility is a requirement.

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do

As a Dining Room Manager you will be responsible for managing the meal service, dining room appearance, and dining staff to ensure the highest level of hospitality and food service. Additional responsibilities of this job include overseeing the dining room activities, coordinating events, hiring, training and supervising quality staff members, maintaining payroll records, and completing administrative duties. 

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.

Two (2) years of dining room experience is required.One (1) year of dining room management experience is required.
