Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mesa, AZ, responsible for leading daily store operations and driving an exceptional in-store experience. This role oversees staffing, scheduling, and performance management, ensuring that associates are engaged, well-trained, and aligned with brand standards. The Store Manager monitors sales performance, sets goals, and motivates the team to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets. This position also manages visual merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to retail loss prevention policies and procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching associates on customer service, handling escalated guest concerns, completing operational paperwork, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service abilities. Effective interpersonal and Communication skills to lead, coach, and collaborate with store teams. Proficiency in Store Management, including staffing, scheduling, and daily operational oversight. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and compliance with safety and security standards. Previous retail or apparel management experience, preferably in a fashion or specialty store environment. Ability to analyze sales metrics, manage inventory, and use point-of-sale and retail management systems. Demonstrated leadership skills, including team development, performance feedback, and conflict resolution. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
