PHYSICAL THERAPIST, FCP - MCKINLEY REHAB PHYSICAL THERAP

Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our CP-MCKINLEY HLTH CENTER facility. Job Type: FTE 0.75 (30 hours) Shift 1. On-site position. Shift Details: Two late shifts until 6:30pm are required. Holidays: N/A. Weekends: N/A. Job Summary The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services to patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist also participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Other duties as assigned. Education & Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Wisconsin state license as a Physical Therapist. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent within 90 days of hire.
