Arkansas Licensed Call Center Representative

To support healthcare operations, the remote Arkansas Licensed Call Center Representative will manage inbound provider inquiries regarding Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) activities, ensuring compliance with insurance policies while documenting calls and escalating issues as necessary. Key responsibilities Handle inbound calls from providers related to CVO and Provider Enrollment Create call tracking numbers (CTN) for each interaction and maintain accurate records Escalate concerns and issues to management as needed while participating as an effective team member Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; a 2-year post-high school degree or bachelor's degree is preferred 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, with familiarity in using call center software such as CxOne or Avaya Prior office or clerical experience preferred, with the ability to follow written policies and procedures Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products and ability to access information using a laptop Ability to work on assignments with limited instructions from leadership
