Job Description

The NeatNest Cleaning Co. LLC. is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Tech to deliver reliable, high-quality cleaning services at client locations in Riverdale, GA.

Position Summary

The Commercial Cleaning Tech will perform day-to-day cleaning tasks to ensure assigned commercial spaces are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. This role supports a consistent customer experience by completing cleaning assignments accurately, safely, and on schedule.

This position is part-time and onsite, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in detail, and can follow established procedures to deliver dependable results.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize assigned commercial areas according to site-specific instructions and company standards.
Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
Inspect work areas for cleanliness and completeness, addressing issues promptly and appropriately.
Follow safety procedures and proper handling practices for cleaning products and equipment.
Maintain professionalism with customers and coworkers while representing the company on-site.

Required Qualifications

Ability to perform cleaning tasks for the duration of scheduled shifts.
Dependability and punctuality with a commitment to completing assignments thoroughly.
Comfort working in varied commercial environments and following cleaning procedures.
Ability to understand and follow written or verbal cleaning directions.
Willingness to maintain a clean and organized work approach while using cleaning tools and supplies.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning.
Familiarity with common cleaning and sanitation practices and basic safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and consistent quality standards.
Ability to work independently while still supporting team expectations.

Compensation

Weekly salary: $100.00
