Key Responsibilities
- Recruit & Screen: Source candidates, review resumes, and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Match & Place: Coordinate job placements that align client needs with candidate skills.
- Client & Candidate Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for active associates and corporate clients.
- Onboarding & Admin: Manage pre-employment screening, employment paperwork, and roster management.

- Strong communication, customer service, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency with ATS databases, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
- High energy, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
