About The Role IPS is seeking a Arizona-licensed master's-level therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our outpatient practice serving Arizona patients. This is a hybrid role that is telehealth-first — you will primarily deliver care remotely, with optional in-person opportunities available based on your preference and patient need. We offer both part-time and full-time arrangements, with a starting caseload of approximately 10–20 patients per week depending on your availability. You will provide individual therapy in a structured outpatient setting with full administrative, scheduling, and billing support — so you can focus on the clinical work. This is an ideal role for a clinician who wants the autonomy of a private practice with the infrastructure of an established group, and the flexibility to work primarily from home with in-person options if desired.
