Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments using clinically established frameworks to address patient concerns and strengths, facilitating personalized treatment planning. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, in individual, couples, and family settings. \n
- Lead psychoeducational and support groups to foster a sense of community among patients facing similar challenges. \n
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure integrated care by discussing treatment plans and patient progress regularly. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective responses to critical situations. \n
- Engage in continuous education, keeping abreast of current best practices, legislation, and community resources that influence patient care. \n
- Document all patient interactions meticulously using our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering strictly to confidentiality standards. \n
- Contribute to case consultations and departmental meetings that enhance the quality of care and foster a collaborative work culture. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State is essential. \n
- Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and an array of treatment modalities relevant to clinical practice. \n
- Proven capability to develop comprehensive treatment plans based on solid assessments. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that build rapport with clients and facilitate teamwork. \n
- Keen judgment and a strong commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficient in applicable computer applications. \n

- A minimum of one year of experience in providing mental health counseling or therapy within an outpatient setting. \n
- Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy across diverse populations is highly desirable. \n
