Follow-up care is seamlessly transitioned to the outpatient setting in our Merrimack office after the hospital stay. The office also offers Infectious Disease outpatient consultation to assist in managing a variety of infectious diseases, from common infections to more complicated disease states.Our providers are dedicated to protecting patients who enjoy international travel, and who may be exposed to diseases that are rare in the United States.
