Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand identity and enhance user engagement across digital and traditional marketing channels. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, responsive web design, and user experience best practices.

Job Description

• Design and produce high-quality, brand-consistent creative assets for digital, print, web, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all visual materials align with established brand standards and messaging.
  
• Create graphics, layouts, presentations, promotional materials, and other visual content to support business objectives.
  
• Apply responsive design principles to create engaging, intuitive, and accessible digital experiences.
  
• Develop visual concepts that enhance website usability, user engagement, and overall customer experience.
  
• Collaborate on digital projects to ensure designs meet modern web and mobile standards.
  
• Partner with marketing, commercial, technical, and business stakeholders to understand project goals and translate requirements into effective visual solutions.
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and project planning discussions.
  
• Manage multiple projects while balancing deadlines and changing priorities.
  
• Present creative concepts, design strategies, and visual recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  
• Clearly explain design decisions and demonstrate how creative solutions support business objectives.
  
• Incorporate user insights, feedback, and performance data to refine and improve designs.
  
• Iterate on creative concepts based on stakeholder input and evolving project needs.
  
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve user engagement and visual effectiveness.

Skills Required

• Proven experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related creative field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, web, and print design projects.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, engaging visual communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical industries.
• Familiarity with web design tools, content management systems, and digital marketing platforms.
• Understanding of user research, usability principles, and data-driven design improvements.

Education

• Hi ghschool diploma or GED

Salary

• $20 - $25 per ho ur (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
