Work Status Details: REGULAR FULL TIME | 80.00 Hours Every Two Weeks Shift: Days Pay Rate Type: Annual Salary Location: Remote Salary Range: Min = $95,439.68 Mid = $119,299.59 Max = $143,159.51 Summary The IT Program Manager is responsible for coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of mid‑to‑large-scale technology initiatives across clinical, operational, and administrative areas. The role provides structured project and program management oversight, ensures alignment with departmental and organizational priorities, and supports quality, safety, and compliance requirements. The IT PM collaborates closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, maintain program governance, and ensure the reliable delivery of technology‑enabled improvements. Responsibilities The IT Program Manager supports proactive project and program planning by bringing forward‑thinking, organized approaches to the department's strategic objectives. They integrate insights from clinical, operational, and IT partners to shape realistic, aligned project plans, ensuring initiatives contribute to both short‑ and long‑term goals. Through clear communication and collaborative planning, the IT PM helps maintain alignment between project efforts and the broader technology roadmap, supporting the evaluation of emerging needs and new opportunities. This role ensures project and program financial performance is monitored and managed responsibly. The IT PM tracks budgets, forecasts accurate financial documentation to support transparency and cost‑effectiveness. They encourage responsible resource utilization, proactively identify budget risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain alignment between financial planning and project delivery. By supporting the development of business cases and participating in cost‑containment efforts, the IT PM helps maintain financial stewardship within the department. They foster open communication and maintain consistent, clear updates that build trust and rapport across diverse groups. The IT Project / Program Manager leads program delivery activities by coordinating planning, execution, governance, and stabilization work across multiple teams. They manage scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, vendor deliverables, and project documentation with discipline and clarity. Through structured governance routines, they maintain visibility into project health and ensure timely escalation of decisions. They also uphold compliance with IT standards, organizational policies, and healthcare regulatory requirements, ensuring that project outcomes contribute to safe, reliable, and effective operations. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. (Project Management Professional [PMP] or equivalent certification preferred). 5‑7 years project management experience in IT or healthcare technology and leading cross‑functional project teams. 2+ years experience with EHR, infrastructure, or enterprise applications preferred.
