What You'll Do

• Provide OB hospitalist services in a busy hospital setting in Lancaster, CA
• Manage labor, delivery, postpartum, and gynecological emergencies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
• Document patient visits and procedures accurately in compliance with facility protocols
• Participate in on-call schedules and provide after-hours coverage
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Support hospital staff with clinical expertise and guidance

What You Need

• Current California medical license
• 2+ years of OB hospitalist experience
• Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
