Route Leader (Bilingual in Spanish/ English)

Lead the Route. Support the Driver. Deliver the Experience.

At Ethnix Group, our Route Leaders are a critical part of keeping our operations moving and our customers satisfied. This role partners directly with a Driver on assigned delivery routes, helping deliver products, support customer relationships, and represent the company professionally in the market every day.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being active, working as part of a team, and being on the road. Some routes require overnight travel depending on DOT driving hour regulations and route schedules.

What You’ll Do

• Partner daily with a Driver to complete assigned delivery routes safely and efficiently
• Deliver Hispanic food and beverage products to customer locations
• Load, unload, organize, and stage products using pallet jacks and equipment
• Support customer service efforts by building strong relationships and resolving issues professionally
• Assist with collections, deposits, route closures, and delivery documentation
• Use company systems and applications including Smart Delivery and Route4Me
• Support truck cleanliness, inspections, and operational readiness
• Help merchandise and organize products at customer locations when needed
• Follow DOT regulations, company safety standards, and operational procedures
• Work overnight routes when assigned based on route needs and scheduling

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Minimum 1 year of delivery, warehouse, route, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working long routes, including overnight trips when required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in varying weather and warehouse conditions
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
