What you'll need to thrive in this role:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (from an accredited program)
• Current or eligible CA state SLP licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred or eligibility for Clinical Fellow supervision
• Prior experience in school settings highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and empathy skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Delivering direct therapy sessions for students across a variety of ages and backgrounds
• Consulting and collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student progress
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with school and federal guidelines
• Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary problem-solving
