Senior Product Manager

DescriptionKforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Senior Product Manager.Responsibilities:* Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and improvements based on user feedback, business needs, and market trends* Conduct research and gather stakeholder input to support product strategy and decision-making* Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth* Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives* Present recommendations, project updates, and product insights to stakeholders and leadership* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales, to deliver successful product solutions* Develop and implement processes that improve product development, delivery, and release management efforts* Maintain product documentation, including requirements, specifications, user guides, and release communications* Support adherence to organizational standards, governance requirements, and product management best practicesRequirements* Bachelor's degree required* 4-6 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related role, with experience managing product roadmaps and driving product initiatives* Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable product enhancements* Experience working in Agile environments and using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions* Experience tracking product performance and leveraging metrics to drive continuous improvement* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills* Familiarity with product documentation, collaboration tools, and knowledge management platforms preferred* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentJob TypeContractCompensation55 - $60
