Job Details: Location - Phoenix, AZ (Thomas Rd). Position Type - Full Time. Education Level - Graduate Degree. Salary Range - $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year. Travel Percentage - None. The Role You’ll guide patients through their recovery journey using evidence‑based interventions, person‑centered treatment planning, and therapeutic counseling. You'll also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each patient receives holistic support—meeting not just clinical needs but emotional, social, and behavioral ones. What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans. Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions focused on recovery and behavior change. Maintain thorough and timely documentation of treatment progress in accordance with regulations. Modify treatment plans based on clinical feedback and evolving patient needs. Respond to crises and provide immediate support or intervention. Collaborate closely with medical providers, case managers, and community partners. Support patient aftercare planning and coordinate referrals to additional resources. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, trainings, and clinical case reviews. Advocate for patients' needs within the treatment system and community. What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Current and unrestricted state licensure to practice independently as a behavioral health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent). Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred. Proficiency in evidence‑based counseling practices and treatment planning. Strong communication skills and the ability to foster trust and rapport. Familiarity with ethical, regulatory, and confidentiality standards in behavioral health.
