Construction Superintendent

They've built a dedicated Cold Storage division that is going from strength to strength. We're talking 400,000 SF+ freezer facilities, design-build industrial programmes, and a client list that includes some of the biggest names in food distribution and logistics. The pipeline is full, the reputation is earned, and they need people who can travel and deliver. This is a travelling role. The Role 5+ years' Superintendent experience on big box, industrial, or cold storage construction Cold storage or climate-controlled construction experience strongly preferred Solid understanding of steel erection, insulated metal panel systems, and large-format industrial builds Proven subcontractor management across fast-paced, deadline-driven programmes – Comfortable reading structural and civil drawings end-to-end Daily reporting and site documentation as standard – OSHA 30 certified Willingness to travel nationally – this role is project-to-project Self-sufficient on site – able to make decisions and keep things moving independently A nationally recognised GC with a full and growing cold storage pipeline Design-build projects – more variety, more ownership, more interesting work A specialist division that has been scaling for years and knows how to support people in the field – Real long-term opportunity as the cold storage programme continues to grow If you're a Superintendent who thrives on the road and knows big box and cold storage inside out this one was written for you.
