The therapist responds to changes in patient condition and workload. Responsibilities include interpreting physician orders, assessing patient needs, delivering therapies, performing invasive procedures as indicated, and consulting with the clinical team to optimize respiratory care across patient care units and critical care areas.Salina is centrally located in the United States and offers accessible Midwest living with cultural and recreational options.
