Registered Nurse (RN) for Adult ALS Client

Position Summary We are hiring an experienced trach and vent nurse with evening availability to provide one‑on‑one care for an adult ALS client located in Tabernacle, NJ. The role focuses on tracheostomy and ventilator management, patient monitoring, and essential documentation while promoting patient comfort and independence. Compensation $32–$40 per hour. Pay is weekly, every Thursday. Responsibilities Deliver individualized nursing care to an ALS patient with tracheostomy and ventilator support. Manage tracheostomy care, ventilator settings, and related equipment. Monitor vital signs, respiratory status, and overall patient well‑being. Document care in the electronic health record accurately and timely. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and the patient’s family. Maintain a compassionate, patient‑centered approach in all interactions. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license. Prior experience with tracheostomy and ventilator management. Ability to work evenings, overnights, and weekends. Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills. Schedule & Availability Shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours. Second or third shift (evenings/overnights). Options: PRN, part‑time, or full‑time. No minimum requirement for weekend work. Benefits Weekly pay every Thursday. PTO & sick time.
