Overview

Are you a highly skilled and experienced real estate agent looking to supplement your net income, simply by sharing your industry knowledge? Realty ONE Group Next Level is looking for experienced agents ready to monetize their experience and enhance their earnings, while helping new licensees jump-start their careers. This is a paid mentor role in addition to your regular personal real estate sales; an active NH real estate license and a proven production history are required.

About the Job

Realty ONE Group Next Level is a rapidly growing firm with a steady stream of new licensees and agents. Our comprehensive weekly REV UP! training program is designed to educate new agents on the ins and outs of everyday business and get them ready to conduct their first transactions. In our mentor role, your task will be supporting your mentee through their first seven deals, offering suggestions, solutions, and advice as needed. Your mentee will shadow you, as well as other experienced agents in the office, to see how the job is really done day to day. For your time and effort, you will be generously compensated. Mentors are encouraged to support multiple mentees at once for several passive income streams, in addition to your regular personal real estate sales. The ideal Mentor is patient, generous with their knowledge, and energized by helping others succeed.

As a Mentor , you will be expected to:

1. Allow your mentee to shadow you to learn the job hands-on
2. Complete transaction checkpoint reviews
3. Hold regular progress meetings with your mentee
4. Attend regular mentor meetings with management
5. Be available to answer questions as they arise
