Head of Financial Planning & Business Partnering

Leading the Financial Planning & Business Partnering function, the remote Head of Financial Planning & Business Partnering will develop strategic planning processes, strengthen forecasting, and translate financial data into actionable insights to support decision-making and drive profitable growth. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the FP&BP function, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L planning processes Consolidate forecasts for revenue and operational costs while supporting performance management through financial analysis and KPI tracking Partner with business stakeholders to improve reporting, dashboards, and scalable data models, and constructively challenge business assumptions Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering, preferably in AdTech or a related field Proven experience in budgeting, rolling forecasts, and P&L planning with driver-based financial models Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, along with experience using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI Strong ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders Fluency in English and experience working in an international environment
