Senior Director, Global Payroll & Expatriate Programs

Save the Children is seeking a Senior Director of Payroll to lead payroll strategy and operations across US entities, including international assignments. You will partner with HR, HRIS, Finance, and IT to deliver compliant, timely payroll while guiding internal teams and external vendors. You will manage complex multi-state payroll, oversee audits, and drive process improvements with a focus on data security and regulatory compliance.
