Early Childhood Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Battle Creek, MichiganCompany: SenseSational Learning Group Job Type: Part-Time | Afternoon & Evening Hours Location: In-Person - Battle Creek, MI Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.What You'll DoProvide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniquesWork in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA teamCollect data and communicate progress with families and supervisorsBuild genuine relationships with kids and familiesRequirementsReliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)Previous experience working with childrenReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseAble to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kidsWhat We Offer$20-23/hour (higher pay for certified RBTs)Paid training timeWe cover your RBT exam and application feesMileage reimbursementSupportive BCBA supervision toward certificationOngoing professional development and mentorshipSmall team environment where your voice mattersBonus Points ForExperience with neurodivergent children (autism, ADHD)Knowledge of behavior management strategiesBilingual skillsReady to apply?
