Qualifications Minimum HS Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline preferred. 1-2 years’ experience in a production‑type environment; manufacturing experience is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to work independently while maintaining production quality and quantity. Responsibilities Preparation of agriculture research samples. Inventory and order management support. Picking, packing, and shipping of agriculture samples. Record keeping and documentation per department guidelines. Support activities related to sample logistics. Reliable participation: proven record of reliability as a dependable team player who shows up to work each day. Requirements Exceptional attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Ability to document activities accurately and responsibly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
