Job Title: Reach Truck Driver / Order Picker (1st Shift) ($21.00/hr.)

Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Reach Truck Drivers / Order Pickers for a busy distribution center. This is an opportunity with weekly pay, overtime availability, and long-term growth potential. Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Can work until 4:30pm*

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck throughout most of the shift in a high-bay warehouse environment

• Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and verify customer orders accurately

• Retrieve and store inventory in double-deep racking systems

• Stage, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Perform inventory put-away and replenishment tasks

• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards

• Assist with warehouse organization and cleanup

• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures • Work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent reach truck experience

• Experience working with RF scanners and order picking systems

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs when needed

• Comfortable working at heights in a high-bay warehouse

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Heights, OH.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
