Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.
Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
Properly dispose of waste and recycling materials.
Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding task completion and any issues encountered.

Requirements

Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Lafayette, LA.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to adhere to company safety standards and protocols.
