Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent or 5-7 years of equivalent experience 3 - 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or cement industry experience Strong communication skills (written and oral) Strong leadership skills Strong mechanical aptitude Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance activities Systematic inspections of all assigned plant equipment Analysis of data collected and initiate appropriate maintenance work orders Improve plant mechanical and infrastructure equipment Provide technical support for plant activities and the maintenance functions #J-18808-Ljbffr Quality Talent Group
