Your energy and your values become the office's baseline. People rise to it. Run the day. Keep the schedule tight, the flow smooth, and the team pointed at its targets. Read the numbers and act. Find the gap, build the plan, close it. Repeat. Grow the practice. Partner with marketing to bring new patients through the door and keep them coming back. Build the bench. Recruit strong people, train them well, and develop the next round of leaders behind you. Protect the experience. Every patient gets a five-star visit. When something goes sideways, you make it right. Keep the office healthy. Support collections, stay on top of the finances, and keep the facility clean, safe, and squared away. Position Requirements Five-plus years leading a team, ideally in healthcare or dental, with a real track record of hiring, training, and getting the best out of people. Experience running a professional dental office, and comfort with dental software (Open Dental and DentalXchange are a plus). A solid grip on office finances, from billing to payments. Communication that makes patients and teammates feel genuinely heard. A problem solver's instinct. You stay calm, find the angle, and make it happen. Flexibility for a schedule that may include some evenings, weekends, or occasional travel. A real commitment to patients and the kind of service that keeps them loyal.
