Patient Meal Preparation Aide

Encompass Health seeks a Patient Meal Preparation Aide to support safe, nutritious dining for rehabilitation patients. In this role, you will prepare and assemble meals based on physician-ordered diets, allergies, and texture modifications, ensuring accurate portions and attractive presentation. You’ll follow strict food safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards while operating and cleaning kitchen equipment. Working closely with nursing and dietary teams, you’ll deliver and collect trays, respond to patient preferences, and help maintain inventory.
