Private Equity Associate - Summer 2026 Start Private Equity Associate - Summer 2026 Start This range is provided by Selby Jennings. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr My client, a Seattle based Private Equity firm, is looking to add an Associate to their deal team. The Associate will support senior deal team members with financial modeling, due diligence, and investment memo preparation. This role would be starting in June 2026. Responsibilities: Financial modeling, forecasting, valuation and returns analysis Industry and market research Analysis of company performance trends, products, customers, vendors, and competitive positioning Monitoring of portfolio companies Preparation and review of bid letters and other transaction documentation Preparation and presentation of materials for investment committee Qualifications: 2-4 years of M&A Investment Banking experience Undergraduate bachelor's degree with excellent academic record with an emphasis in finance, accounting, economics, and/or business Strong financial modeling skills Strong analytical and communication skills Demonstrated competency in financial statement analysis, valuation, and accounting Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Analyst Industries Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Selby Jennings by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Private Equity Associate” roles.
