Sales and Customer Service Specialist

Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds provides fast, accurate, real-time access to motor vehicle, vessel and driver license records to the Insurance, Financial, Towing, Salvage and Dealer Industries, is seeking motivated and hard-working professionals to join our growing sales team.
As a Sales and Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the sales cycle from the initial call to closing the deal. You will work with both new and existing customers, building and maintaining relationships, and resolving customer issues. You'll be provided leads from trade shows, and will also be responsible for creating your own prospects to drive additional revenue. You will also perform other administrative and related functions as required. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and organize effectively
