We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Plainview, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care and be proficient in providing high-quality patient care with a focus on medication administration, wound care, and treatments. This role requires a flexible, organized, and friendly professional who excels in people-centered care and is efficient in using Sigma Care software. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive wound care, including assessment, treatment, and documentation. Perform various treatments and procedures as required by patient care plans. Utilize Sigma Care software efficiently for documentation and care coordination. Maintain organized and detailed patient records to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and adapting to changing patient needs. Deliver friendly, empathetic, and people-centered care to enhance patient experience. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. Current CPR Proven experience in long-term care settings. Strong skills in medication administration and wound care. Proficiency in Sigma Care or similar electronic health record systems. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and schedules. Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
