• Shift: Hybrid (M-F, clinic and call coverage), inpatient weekends as scheduled
• Hours/Week: Variable (approximately 40 hours)
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certs: Urology License (Required)
• Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred

• Weekly pay via Direct Deposit
• Competitive pay rates: Clinic coverage $5,950 (plus 10 hours gratis); Inpatient coverage $4,750 (plus 24 hours gratis)

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient and inpatient urology care to adult patients
• Manage consultation referrals and perform routine urologic procedures
• Handle 5-10 phone consultations daily with support from local urologists, nursing staff, techs, and hospitalists
• Participate in scheduled clinic sessions, covering elective procedures or hospital consults
• Manage active inpatient consults and rounds as needed
• Support hospital admissions managed by hospitalists, with no direct admissions involved

What You Need:

• Valid Urology license in New Mexico
• Key skills: Strong communication, diagnostic skills, adaptability to hybrid environment
• Required: Urology board certification or eligibility
• Preferred: Prior outpatient and inpatient urology experience
