Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments using established clinical tools and methodologies to evaluate patients' mental health status, substance use, and social determinants affecting their care.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans incorporating individual, group, and family therapy modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Use clinical expertise to implement therapeutic interventions while regularly monitoring progress against defined treatment goals.
• Coordinate care with community resources, providing referrals and follow-ups that ensure continuity and comprehensiveness of care.
• Maintain meticulous records of all patient interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to both legal and organizational standards.
• Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care and foster an integrated approach to mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve supporting a diverse client base experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance-related issues. The remote nature of our services allows you to connect with patients from different backgrounds and communities throughout Pennsylvania, promoting accessibility and responsiveness to their unique needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Strong collaborative skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth service delivery and familiarity with teletherapy tools.
• Demonstrated success in working with diverse populations and delivering culturally competent care.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
