We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in the food packaging services industry where customer success is at the heart of everything they do. Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Customer Success Manager to serve as a critical link between customers and internal operations teams. 

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about building strong customer relationships. Working closely with sales, production, inventory, and logistics teams, you will help ensure customer requirements are met, orders are processed accurately, and operational challenges are resolved efficiently. Your ability to anticipate customer needs, maintain high service standards, and drive collaboration across departments will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Requirements:

• Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
• Proactively communicate with customers to provide order updates and address inquiries in a timely manner.
• Manage end-to-end customer order processing, ensuring accurate entry, tracking, and timely fulfillment.
• Prioritize and process incoming orders according to customer requirements and specifications.
• Generate accurate invoices for completed orders.
• Foster a collaborative approach, working closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and solve operational challenges.
• Monitor inventory levels to adhere to customer requirements and anticipate future needs based on historical data and market trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer order management, operations, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & necessary operational software. Microsoft Business Central preferred. 
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced education, preferred.
