Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities include:

• Verifying prescriptions for accuracy and safety
• Counseling patients on medication usage and potential side effects
• Supporting daily pharmacy operations in a retail/outpatient environment
• Maintaining strict compliance with all pharmacy regulations and procedures

• An active West Virginia pharmacist license in good standing

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, providing a consistent weekday routine. The location is conveniently situated about one hour from the Bridgeport area pharmacy facility.
