Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Training on day shift for 3-4 weeks)

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour to start, with potential for a raise upon going full-time

Job Description:
Malone Solutions is looking for skilled MIG Welders to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a MIG Welder, you will be working with aluminum and sheet metal (12-20 gauge) to create high-quality welds. The ideal candidate will be able to pass a weld test and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• MIG welding on aluminum and sheet metal (12-20 gauge)
• Ensure quality welds that meet the company's standards
• Follow safety protocols and work in a clean and organized manner
• Ability to adapt to training on the day shift for 3-4 weeks before moving to the 12 PM - 8:30 PM shift

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a weld test
• Lift 50+ lbs repetitively
• Stand for up to 12 hours continuously
• Proficient in English
• No formal certifications required
• Ideal for recent graduates or students just out of school looking to start a career in welding
• Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic
• Entry Level candidates encouraged to apply
