Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a full-time days schedule. The qualified candidate will work a consistent block schedule of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Position Overview

This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The Registered Nurse will assess patient needs, develop nursing care plans, and ensure effective implementation of rehabilitation protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and coordinate patient care tailored to individual needs.
Monitor and assess patient health and vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
Educate patients and families regarding health management and recovery processes.

Qualifications

Valid nursing license (minimum LVN or RN) and BLS certification.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience in an acute or rehabilitation setting.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a diverse patient population.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems, preferably Cerner.

Working Conditions

The position requires a commitment to working day shifts, with guaranteed weekly hours. The patient ratio is 7:1, ensuring a supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Scrub Color: Royal blue.
Report Time: 6:45 AM.
Parking: Free, onsite parking available.
