In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our resort accommodations, ensuring every guest enjoys a pristine and inviting environment. Your dedication will help create memorable stays for families and individuals alike.DutiesPerform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to keep all surfaces spotless and safe.Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed during cleaning routines to promote guest safety and hygiene.Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure rooms are fully equipped for guest needs.Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold the resort's high standards.SkillsProven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles.Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods including carpet cleaning.Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and team members.Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment efficiently.Experience with janitorial supplies management and maintaining cleanliness protocols.Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus for those interested in advancing within the role.Responsibilities listed may not include all tasks.Join us to help create a welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable and cared for!
