Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Hematology Oncology Physician, you will practice in a multispeciality clinic in the family friendly community of Bonney Lake, WA. Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of patients and their families. To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate Hematology Oncologist, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex diseases, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.
Job Requirements Required
Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of patients and their families. To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate Hematology Oncologist, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex diseases, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide ongoing management and follow-up care for patients with a wide variety of hematology and oncology diseases.
- Offer guidance and support to patients and families regarding educational resources and community services
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care
- Stay current with research and best practices in both Hematology and Oncology to provide evidence-based care
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote awareness of cancer care and blood disorder issues
Job Requirements Required
- Medical Degree
- Board Certified Hematology and Oncology (ABIM)
- Desire to practice in a community setting and be part of an integrated health system
- Unrestricted Washington State Medical License prior to start date
- DEA with full prescriptive authority
- Authorized to work in the United States. Not a J-1 Visa eligible position.
