Production Associate (3rd Shift)

Location: Hilbert, WI
Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday | 8:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Overtime: Thursday as needed
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour base pay + 15% shift differential = $23.57/hour

We are currently seeking a Production Associate to join our growing team in Hilbert, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play an important part in maintaining plant efficiency, ensuring product quality, and supporting our culture of safety and continuous improvement. Your contributions help us deliver high-quality dairy products enjoyed globally.

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you will:

• Rotate between production areas as needed to support operations
• Open barrels, blocks, bags of cheese, and other ingredients
• Weigh ingredients according to batch specifications
• Use knives and cutting wires to trim ingredients to required weights
• Load cheese and ingredients into processing equipment
• Transfer ingredients from scales to pick-up tables
• Package cheese into bags, boxes, and pallets for shipment
• Stack finished product onto pallets
• Empty recycling and waste containers to maintain workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety, food safety, GMP, and HACCP requirements
• Adhere to company and departmental procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and consistent performance

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 consecutive hours
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to use hands to grasp, grip, and manipulate products and materials
• Basic math skills
• Willingness to work in a food manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior food manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standards
• Consistent and reliable work history

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Frequent standing and walking
• Repetitive lifting, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling
• Lifting up to 60 pounds
• Safe operation of equipment and production machinery
• Compliance with all safety and quality standards

Work Environment

Work is performed in a food manufacturing facility with varying temperatures, including cooler warehouse areas and warmer production zones. Employees may be exposed to:

• Moving machinery and equipment
• Moderate to high noise levels
• Food production environments requiring strict sanitation practices

Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may include:

• Safety shoes
• Safety glasses
• Hearing protection
• Hard hats
• Hairnets
