Description:
This position requires working night shifts from 23:00 to 07:00, Tuesday to Saturday.
Surgeries will be covered during the night shift, necessitating surgical experience.
Candidates must have 1 year of experience in the specialty and familiarity with the EPIC charting system.
Duties include performing a variety of radiographic procedures in different positions.
Skills needed encompass procedures like abdomen decubitus, chest routine, and trauma cases.
The unit provides care for various patient age groups, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
Interdisciplinary support is available from multiple teams.
Candidates must be willing to float to other units as needed based on census concerns.
This role is integral to ensuring the highest standard of patient care within the radiology department.
Modules on protocols and procedures should be completed prior to the start of the contract.
Candidates will be reimbursed for time spent completing these modules.
